Ingredients for Mixed Berry Pie
- Flour 500gr
- Sugar 400gr
- Butter 500gr
- Eggs 3
- Egg yolks 4
- Mixed Berry Jam
Method for mixed berry pie:
In a bowl enter all ingredients: flour, sugar, butter, eggs and egg yolks. Mix all until is uniform dough and then put to rest in the fridge.
After 5 minutes, take out the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out on a floured surface then put it on a pan. Keep the extra dough for later.
Cover with the berries jam and after, create little stripes with the remaining dough and put them on top of the layer of jam.
Put in the hoven at 180°C (360°F) for 35-40 minutes until the crust is light brown. Once is out of the hoven, let it cool down then cut a slice and serve on a plate with some fresh fruit.
